Access to the swimming pool with facial recognition
We do everything we can to make things as easy as possible for our guests. That’s why we have come up with a way for you to enter here quickly and easily, namely with facial recognition! It is important that you, as a guest, complete a few steps to gain access through this facial recognition. You can read which steps these are below. ⤵
The steps
When you have made a booking at our campsite, you will receive a confirmation. This contains a link to "my deMolenhof" where you can create an account.
Afterwards, download the Molenhof app from the Play Store or iTunes Store. In the app, you can log in to "My de Molenhof" with your email address and password that you have created. Then you can fill in the guest list.
After filling in the guest list, you can upload a selfie for each family member.

If you upload everyone's selfies before arrival, you only need to smile once at the gate and you can enter! This way, you will never forget or lose the cards again and you always have access. How ideal is that!
How does it work?
With facial recognition, a computer program measures a number of facial recognition points of the face using a photo. When these features are the same as the features previously stored, the face is recognized. To create a unique encrypted profile, a template is made from your facial recognition points. In a few seconds, the unique points are recorded and converted into a unique encrypted profile. This encrypted code cannot be traced back to a real face. The encrypted code is stored in a secure digital vault. All data is stored in the Netherlands, strictly secured and equipped with high encryption.
Good to know: The (strictly secured) data is automatically deleted one day after departure.
Recognition and access
If you are successfully recognized, the gate opens automatically and you can pass through immediately. Your face is your ticket.
Data and system
For facial recognition, we work with our supplier Easysecure, a specialist in access control and ISO 27001 and Data Pro certified. Easysecure works with software from IdentySoft hosted in the data centers of Cyso. Cyso is certified for ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and NEN 7510. The IdentySoft servers are distributed over 3 geographically separated tier4 data centers in the Netherlands. Our campsite uses the system for access control of the swimming pool. Facial recognition not mandatory
Use is not mandatory, but super easy, since you always have your face with you. 😊
Prefer not to use facial recognition? Please let the reception know, and we will find a solution together. And if you change your mind later? You can always withdraw your consent.
In short, facial recognition makes your stay even more relaxing! After arrival, you can immediately take a dip in the pool without having to go through reception: more time to enjoy your well-deserved holiday! 🌞🏊♂️
